SADC strives to strike a balance between commercial and social interests through its – partially – public shareholders and expresses this balance in the development of high-quality sustainable business parks. That is to say: functional and affordable business parks that offer users not only excellent security, accessibility and energy efficiency, but especially added value in terms of the quality of the living and working environment (green facilities, water, recreational functions) and access to local amenities such as housing, catering establishments, and hotels.
 

Rather than simply developing separate locations and business parks, SADC focuses on integrated area development, in which it strives for a healthy balance between businesses, local residents, landscape, nature and commerce.
