The A4 Zone West business park (141 hectares) is part of the Amsterdam Connecting Trade (ACT) development, a highly innovative logistics hub to the south of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. As part of ACT, A4 Zone West’s developers are committed to sustainability. Thanks to the planned dedicated cargo lane (Seamless Logistics Link), the location will soon have a direct and extremely efficient connection with the airport aprons.
  

Trade Boulevard
In addition to storage and distribution facilities, the planned Trade Boulevard will be able to accommodate office space for marketing & sales, training and research. Space has also been set aside for additional facilities such as catering establishments and a hotel. The urban development plan is currently under construction. The allocation of land in the A4 Zone West is expected to get underway in 2012.
