De President
Stylish Park
To the south of Hoofddorp is the stylish business park De President. What makes this park special is the combination of natural beauty, modern architecture and a practical approach to the use of space. The parcels are located around the Presidentshof. This hof, or courtyard, has been beautifully landscaped with an abundance of green and water and is the representative symbol of the park. It serves as a recreation facility for the users and local residents. De President will be developed with a special focus on a professional and stylish ambience, sustainability and state-of-the-art ICT facilities.
Room for diversity
De President covers approximately 100 hectares, of which 70 can be allocated immediately. The park offers perfect conditions for companies with either a local, regional or international focus that are looking for independent or shared business locations. The location is well suited to companies involved in business services, logistics, trade and industry (electrotechnical, optical, pharmaceutical, telemetric and automotive). Furthermore, there is room for companies that provide ancillary services, such as hotels, facility service companies and research & development companies.
The development of De President is sub-divided into three parts. The development of the first part, which is now for sale, is in the hands of the municipality of Haarlemmermeer. SADC will develop parts 1.2 and 2.0 of De President.
