The ground has been broken at the site of the new Bosman Van Zaal production facility and offices at the Greenpark Aalsmeer business park. Heembouw is building the company’s new facility based on a design by Habeon Architecten. Together with his three sons Nick, Twan and Bart, Marco Braam, CEO of Bosman Van Zaal, did the ceremonial honours, in the presence of Ad Verburg (Alderperson for Economic Affairs for the Municipality of Aalsmeer), Dick van der Harst (Regional Development Director for Green Park Aalsmeer), SADC team members, representatives from the most important construction team partners, Bosman Van Zaal employees and local residents.
Green Park Aalsmeer gave Bosman Van Zaal a gift voucher to buy particulate-absorbing plants for the landscaping around the new complex.
Bosman Van Zaal
As a dedicated partner for crop-science companies, propagators, professional growers and investors, Bosman Van Zaal helps pioneers innovate. Bosman Van Zaal creates solutions and systems that are necessary to help its partners achieve success, from food to cosmetics and from pharmaceuticals to medicine, whether it involves a greenhouse operation in Poland or Rwanda, or the design of integrated software systems in America or Australia. Combining the availability of both design and execution for all horticultural disciplines within a single company has helped Bosman Van Zaal achieve a healthy rate of growth. Offering 16,266 m2 GFA, the new location is prepared for this growth and will also accommodate over 200 employees who are currently working at two different locations.
Heembouw will deliver the new Bosman Van Zaal location in December 2018.
