Aan de Stegge Twello and Intospace 1 BV have signed the construction contract for a new industrial logistics building at Schiphol Logistics Park. Earthworks are in full swing, and the first bored pile will be driven into the ground next week.

 Third successful partnership

The contract follows previous successful partnerships between Aan de Stegge Twello and Intospace (formerly Somerset Capital Partners) in the realisation of industrial logistics buildings in Apeldoorn-Noord and a logistics building, which is still under construction, on Circulair Avenue at Schiphol Trade Park.

Space for two tenants
The new building at Pudongweg 21 in Rozenburg will consist of 13,969 m2 of warehouse space, a 1,495 m2 mezzanine and 1,512 m2 of office space, plus a two-level parking garage and bicycle storage. The building is intended for two tenants, who are yet to be determined. It is hoped that the building will achieve a BREEAM rating of “Very Good”.

The design of the building was created with Mulderblauw Architects and structural engineers QBuz.
