Continental Car Parks and WDP have signed an agreement for the construction of a car park with 389 spaces at Schiphol Logistics Park West.
The new seven-storey car park will be used by employees from companies in the area. WDP chose Continental Car Parks based on price, experience, quality and total lead time, the companies say.
The car park has been developed by Continental Car Parks, which is a subsidiary of Aan de Stegge Twello and a specialist in parking solutions. It will be constructed using Continental Car Parks’ modular system, which consists of a steel structure with prefab concrete floors.
The building was designed in cooperation with Dedato Designers and Architects from Amsterdam. Building work will commence in week 36 and the handover is planned for early 2020.
