ICE Robotics signed a lease agreement on 1 May 2020 for 10,300 m2 at Amsterdam Business Campus Square (Abc Square), in the heart of Schiphol Trade Park. The company is renting units 6 and 7. It is the third company to rent space in the complex, joining OTX and PVH. One unit remains available.

Abc Square was a joint development between VolkerWessels Logistics Development and Delta Development Group, then sold to Barings Real Estate on behalf of institutional investors. Abc Square consists of 37,000 m2 of high quality, sustainable industrial space, offices and multifunctional space. Large-scale business premises for production, storage and logistics are situated on the west side of the development. The complex was completed in March 2020.
