Schiphol Trade Park Energy Hub

Power to move

The Energy Hub is the key location in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area where the energy transition in logistics, trade and other sectors is taking shape. This is where innovative and future-ready energy products are developed, produced and sold. Schiphol Trade Park facilitates parties that wish to push this transition forward, as we believe that the world urgently needs to boost sustainability in travel and transportation. This energy transition now has a physical base at the Energy Hub in Schiphol Trade Park.

The Energy Hub is located at the heart of the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area, with its own access routes to and from the A4 motorway. The Multi-fuel filling station is also part of the network of 400 LNG stations stretching across Europe, known as the Blue Corridor.

The Multi-fuel filling station at the Energy Hub provides transporters with all currently available sustainable energy products: LNG, CNG, electric power, hydrogen. Key benefits include:

  • Reduced costs
  • A stronger competitive position
  • A clear ‘plus’ in tender procedures
  • Reduced CO2 and nitrogen emissions

Due to the alternative fuels available at the Energy Hub, such as LNG, CNG, electric power and hydrogen, transporters can quickly increase the sustainability of their fleet. The Energy Hub also facilitates research into alternative energy products, for instance biogas obtained from various crops. In this way, we are helping to accelerate the transition to sustainable logistics in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.
