Start construction AMS Cargo Center at Schiphol Logistics Park

The construction works of AMS Cargo Center has started. The complex concerns a new and state-of-the-art multi-tenant warehouse development of 34,000 sqm, situated on a plot of c. 5.9 ha.

AMS Cargo Center is highly visible from the N201 and is part of Schiphol Logistics Park. The complex will be delivered in the summer of 2018 and comprises five individual warehouse sections starting from c. 4,000 up to 6,000 sqm each. Section A of c. 9,000 sqm is already leased on a long-term basis to Independent World Services (IWS). The remaining 4 sections are still available for rent.

AMS Cargo Center is being realized in a joint venture between Built to Build and Proptimize. The complex is designed by DENC Architects and will be constructed by Van der Heijden Bouwbedrijf. The lease transaction with IWS was initiated by De Mik Bedrijfshuisvesting.  The vendor of the land is Schiphol Area Development Company (SADC).
