The Project Agency Restructuring of Business Parks (PHB) focusses on restructuring of business parks in the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area. Restructuring is an important aspect within the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area.
PHB is a partnership between the provinces of North Holland and Flevoland, the Dutch government and the City of Amsterdam. SADC supplies together with the Development Agency of the City of Amsterdam (OGA), RON and the Municipalty of Amsterdam power to the Project Agency and also houses the project.
