OTX Logistics and PVH Europe are the first tenants at Amsterdam Business Campus Square. This also makes them the first companies to move in at Schiphol Trade Park.
ABC Square is a development by Delta Development Group and VolkerWessels Logistics Development. It consists of 37,000 m2 of high-quality business premises, offices and multifunctional spaces. On the west side there are large-scale business premises for manufacturing, storage and logistics. The building is not connected to the gas network but instead is fully electric and, thanks to the 25,000 m² of solar panels on the roof, also self-sufficient.
OTX Logistics will be leasing 14,400 m² from the end of 2019, and PVH Europe will follow in the second quarter of 2020 with 7,000 m².
OTX Logistics is a globally operating logistics service provider with more than 50 offices in 16 countries. It specialises in fashion and lifestyle, and follows developments in the sector closely. ABC Square fits seamlessly with the social profile of OTX Logistics, which regards the reduction of CO2 emissions as an important priority.
PVH Corp. is one of the largest clothing companies in the world, with famous brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and IZOD. The company has around 38,000 employees and operates in 40 countries. The energy-positive ABC Square, optimised for cradle-to-cradle production, is a perfect match for PVH’s ambition to make its products circular. In addition, PVH is committed to using only energy from renewable sources by 2030.
These leases leave three more units available in the building: connectable 4,000 m² units which can be used flexibly. With possibilities for a showroom, test room, manufacturing facility or offices, the project is appealing to a broad group of users, from logistics service providers and regional trading companies to fashion and hi-tech companies.
