The new headquarters of Dutch clothing brand No Excess is coming to Business Park Amsterdam Osdorp. Construction of the new commercial building started recently. The property is being built on a special water site that measures 0.9 hectare and is surrounded by water on all sides. The new No Excess accommodations boast a total floor area of about 4,000 square metres. The fashion company is expected to relocate its business activities to Business Park Amsterdam Osdorp at the end of 2016.
Outgrown
No Excess was founded in 1988 and has become well-established in the region since then. However, the company had outgrown its premises and decided to seek a new location so that it could expand. Business Park Amsterdam Osdorp is a suitable location for international fashion companies in part thanks to its easy accessibility and close proximity to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
The new No Excess property is an energy-efficient building. For example, the office will be built using various materials but will focus on wood and concrete. Due to this, the fashion company hopes to create a sturdy yet warm environment where clothing collections can come into their own.
The men’s clothing brand is sold in about 40 countries around the world and has more than 2,000 points of sale and various shop-in-shops in Europe. The No Excess headquarters employs 35 people.
